OUR TEAM

At the core of our success is a team of Injury Prevention Specialists (IPS) and Job Analysts with backgrounds in physical therapy, occupational therapy, athletic training, and exercise science. They’re not consultants—they’re on your production floor, every day, working alongside your teams to prevent injuries and improve performance.

Our Injury Prevention Specialists

GSC On-Site Services Injury Prevention Specialists (IPS) are highly trained professionals with clinical backgrounds in kinesiology, athletic training, physical therapy, occupational therapy, or allied health fields. Each IPS is selected not only for their technical expertise, but also for their ability to engage with workers at their job station to drive meaningful culture change.

Our specialists bring an integrated, hands-on, proactive approach to injury prevention. Their role goes beyond traditional safety, combining movement science, ergonomics, and employee education to keep teams healthy, productive, and on the job.

With nationwide experience across manufacturing, distribution, mining, aerospace, and more, GSC’s IPS team has helped reduce injury rates, improve retention, and support compliance with ISO, OSHA, and VPP standards.

Our Injury Prevention Specialists are more than safety professionals—they’re integrated site partners that enhance HR, Operations, and Safety Metrics by helping employees move better, feel better, and perform better.

Our Job Analysts

Our Job Analysts are movement science experts with academic backgrounds in kinesiology, exercise science, ergonomics, or occupational health. Every Job Analyst is a Certified Ergonomic Assessment Specialist (CEAS III) trained in Department of Labor Methodology to translate complex job demands into clear, defensible documentation. The net result is smarter hiring, safer work practices, and more effective return-to-work decisions.

Our Job Analysts are not clipboard observers—they’re hands-on professionals who understand how to assess real work in real environments. They bring clarity to job expectations, helping clients align with ADA, EEOC, NIOSH, OSHA, and ISO standards.

GSC Job Analysts are trusted by some of the nation’s largest manufacturers to deliver data that protects workers, improves processes, and strengthens bottom-line performance.
