A GSC On-Site Services Physical Demands Assessment (PDA) goes beyond a typical evaluation. Drawing from the Department of Labor’s Handbook for Analyzing Jobs, we identify the essential functions, tasks, and physical demands of the job. We then take it a step further by measuring and quantifying forces, frequencies, heights, durations, and distances. This comprehensive approach makes our PDA an exceptional tool for identifying ergonomic risk factors based on how the job should be performed. Additionally, we offer continuous improvement strategies, such as training on proper body mechanics and flexibility exercises that employees can perform throughout the day to reduce fatigue and improve overall safety.
